3/6/09 - The Inner Yoga Trust today announced it has been awarded a grant by Awards for All, the lottery grant scheme that provides funding for local community-based projects in the UK, to fund Remedial Yoga classes at the Fenwick 2 Community Health and Well Being centre in Lyndhurst. Read More

Inner Yoga Teacher Training and Awareness

The Inner Yoga Trust offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training and Awareness programme throughout the UK and Ireland. The programme is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and places are currently available on foundation courses in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Surrey, and Manchester for courses in 2009/10. Read More.
