The foundation course consists of 7 non residential weekends.
After a taster weekend to see if you like the style of teaching, you are asked to register for the whole foundation course. The course can lead on to the two year programme and completion of all three years leads to the accredited teaching qualification.
As well as registered students, course weekends are open to those who have some experience of yoga and want to attend for a particular weekend (at the discretion of the teacher).
