    10:00 am - 3:30 pm

31 January 2016 from 10.00 to 3.30pm

Join Pauline Sawyer in Edinburgh at the beautiful Soulshine Yoga rooms and explore what is needed for you to deepen your yoga practice. Working through asana, pranayama and meditation to look at what might be preventing us from finding our mats as often as we would like – physical, emotional, habitual¬† or practical.¬† Pauline’s intuitive gift for reading the body and seeing what blocks and holdings we might carry is combined with her deep understanding of how we can work with the yoga postures and breathing techniques to help us undo, to open and find the space to allow our practice to support us more fully.

Description:
A burst of color for the grey days of Edinburgh! Soul Shine Yoga has moved to a new fantastic venue just off Marchmont Road! With two great rooms - the Shiva room upstairs, and the Ganesha room below, our venue has an Indian Bohemian vibe as well as a tea room for after-yoga-relaxation! Both rooms feature original fireplaces that we have transformed into altars with pictures of our gurus, past and present. At Soulshine Yoga we put a special emphasis on retaining the connection to the original cultural foundation of yoga, and make sure that our studio keeps its Indian heritage alive!
