Join Jenny Beeken and Pauline Sawyer in Plymouth for a day exploring how yoga can help alleviate back issues.

Sarah Teaching10.00 – 1.00pm: focus on freeing the spine so we can move from the connection of the feet and legs up to the spine and through the Psoas hip flexor muscle. There will be a skeleton to study the body’s anatomy and a break around 11.30am.

3.00 – 4.30pm: a focus on back problems where yoga teachers can bring their students or individual students can attend for specific guidance on how their yoga practice can help.
