10:00 am - 4:00 pm
This one day, advanced yoga teacher training workshop is aimed at qualified teachers who would like the opportunity to explore how yoga can improve the health of people experiencing specific medical conditions. The aim is to improve your knowledge of a range of medical conditions and how to work with yoga on the body to bring more balance and health, whatever form that takes.
The workshop is led by Jenny Beeken, (and Pauline Sawyer should the class numbers be 15 or more). Both have studied, taught and practised yoga for more than 30 years. The emphasis of both Jenny and Pauline’s teaching is on the balance of the inner energies and healing oneself through yoga.
You are invited to bring along students who would like to take part and benefit from this experienced teaching. IYT teaching members who are unable to attend are welcome to invite their students to join the workshop. Students who are attending in this way will receive extra help with their yoga during the classes.
