The importance of the psoas muscle in aligning the spine from the base to the crown

We will practice asanas, breathing and meditation to bring lift and awareness to the vertebral column, the deep spinal muscles, the psoas muscle and the diaphragm and so balance and restore the energy and strength in the spine and its supporting core muscles and ligaments.
This will help any backache, breathing restrictions and our daily posture for walking, standing, sitting: individual help and practice will be given where required.
