I graduated from the Inner Yoga Trust in 2002 and now have five years teaching experience. I have a background in martial arts and Buddhist meditation and spent several years in the far east. Yoga was a natural progression for me. My teaching caters to the needs of the individual and I modify postures accordingly. I place a great emphasis on the cultivation of body/breath awareness and encourage a transfer of these skills from our yoga mat into everyday life.
