Year 1 Structure and Practice of Yoga FC (Edinburgh) 2017-18

This is a 60 hour non-residential Foundation Course taught over five 12 hour weekends. There is a focus on the different parts of the body, learning about anatomy as it applies to asanas (postures), whilst simultaneously working with whole body connections. There is a mix of asana practice and theoretical teaching of anatomy. Throughout the year, the course introduces students to the philosophy of yoga, pranayama (breathing practices) and the bandhas.

Course Fees:

£675 - payable by £200 deposit on confirmation your place, followed by 6 monthly payments of £79 during the course. 5% discount to students paying the full course fees in advance.
