A weekend that balances movement and stillness: looking inwards at ourselves and outwards, appreciating the beautiful nature around us. Time for practice and time to be and explore!
This weekend will give you the space to be with yourself and with nature. There will be a balance of movement sessions and mindful practice sessions in the yoga studio overlooking the river.
The weekend is suitable for those with a regular contemplative practice as well as those who are beginners as the sessions will be adapted to the needs of those attending. The focus being to explore how we move and bring a mindful awareness to our body as it moves as well as when it is still or resting.
This weekend will help participants to feel connected, balanced, calmer, clearer, rested and restored from the busy-ness of everyday life, a chance to reset.
There is a range of accommodation available to suit all needs and budgets (Food and accommodation range from £90 – £180) at our venue:
Claire-Louise has been teaching yoga since 2007 and is also an approved mindfulness facilitator. Her sessions support balance of mind, body and heart. She enables participants to feel gently rested and energised in equal measure, balancing out the stress reactivity with a sense of mindful spaciousness. Claire-Louise is asking for a suggested donation of £30+ for her teaching on this retreat.
